Heat oil/low cal spray in a large pan over a medium heat and add contents of Spicentice Chickpea Sachet 1. Fry for a few seconds before adding onions.
Cook until lightly browned and then stir in chopped ginger and garlic.
Next add tomatoes, contents of Spicentice Chickpea Sachet 2 with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp sugar.
Simmer for 2 mins and then add chickpeas and 150ml cold water.
Cook approximately for 5-10 mins.
Finally check seasoning and garnish with fresh coriander.
