In a bowl add chicken, half quantity of chopped ginger and garlic, ½ tsp Salt and yogurt. Add Spicentice Korma Marinade spices and mix. Leave to marinate for 10 mins or more.
Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat and fry onion until soft. Then add remaining ginger and garlic.
Next add almonds, tomato puree and Spicentice Korma Sachet 1 spices with Spicentice Sachet 2 spices, ½ tsp and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Stir in chicken and cream. Add ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar.
Add 100ml water and cook for 15 mins, or until chicken is cooked through.
Finally check seasoning and garnish with fresh coriander.
