8 Sausages (pork)
1 Onion (chopped)

1. Heat oven to 180c/gas mark 4 and chop potatoes into wedges. Place on a baking tray and drizzle olive oil over. Sprinkle ½ sachet of Spicentice Nacho spices and season with salt. Bake in oven for 30-40 mins.
2. Heat oil/low cal spray in pan over a medium heat. Fry onions until soft, then add garlic and minced meat.
3. Next add red pepper, pop a lid on and cook for 10 mins.
4. Add tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, tomato ketchup and ½ tsp salt.
5. Stir in the remaining Nacho spices with 100ml water. Pop a lid on and simmer for 5-10 mins or until cooked through.
6. Finally place mince into an ovenproof dish, assemble potato wedges around mince, top with cheese and grill until cheese has melted.
