1. In a bowl mix together the garlic, 1 tsp salt, lemon juice, oil/low cal spray, tomato puree and Spicentice Turkish Doner Kebab Spices.

3. Add the chicken and coat each piece with the marinade.
4. Preheat oven to 200C or fire up the barbecue. Thread one piece of chicken onto two skewers. Repeat with all the chicken thighs.
5. Prop the skewers on the edge of the baking tray and bake for 20 mins on one side and then turn onto the other side. Cook for a further 10 mins, or until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
6. Remove chicken from oven and stand upright or at an angle, and slice thinly.
7. Prepare the Yogurt dip by mixing ingredients together in a bowl.
