1. In a bowl add meat, onion, garlic, egg, 1 tsp salt and ½ sachet of Spicentice Meatball spices. Mix ingredients together and divide into 16-20 meatballs.
2. Preheat oven to 200c and place meatballs on a baking tray. Drizzle oil/low cal spray over meatballs and bake for 30 mins or until cooked through.
3. Meanwhile heat oil/low cal spray in a non- stick pan and cook onions until soft. Then add garlic.
4. Stir in tomato passata with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar, balsamic vinegar and the remaining Spicentice Meatball spices. Add 150ml water and then simmer sauce with lid on for 5 mins.
5. Once meatballs are cooked, add to marinara sauce and finally cook for further 5 mins.
