In a bowl mix together yoghurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, 1 tsp salt and Spicentice Tandoori Marinade spices.
Then add chicken and coat with the marinade. Leave to marinate for 10 mins or more.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the chicken on a baking tray. Cook in the oven for 15-20 mins, or until chicken is cooked
through and golden brown.
Finally, squeeze the juice of the fresh lemon over the chicken and garnish with coriander leaves.
