Argentinean Steak – Rub into dry or oiled steaks, meat joints, chunky fish or vegetables before grilling or barbecuing.

Smoky BBQ - Rub into dry or oiled steaks, meat joints, chunky fish or vegetables before grilling or barbecuing.

Sizzling Tikka – Make this restaurant classic by mixing 1-2 tbsp with natural yogurt. Add 1 tsp of crushed garlic and ginger, juice of a lemon and salt. Marinate the chicken before grilling or barbecuing.

Shish Kebab – Mix together 1-2 tbsp with 1 tsp of crushed garlic, juice of a lemon, salt and 2 tbsp tomato puree. Marinate onto the meat of your choice before roasting, grilling or barbecuing.

Gourmet Burger – Add 1-2 tbsp to 500g minced meat, add 1 chopped onion and 2 crushed cloves of garlic. Add pinch of salt and bind all ingredients together with an egg. Form into burgers before grilling or barbecuing.
